claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed with the carrier.

All freight orders are shipped blanket wrapped, if you perfer to
have your purchase packaged differently please contact us before

satisfaction is the foundation of our success. However, if you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund
minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Cracks
and checks are inherent in the natural materials we use and shall
not be considered defects. However, We will repair or replace any
piece that is structurally unsound from cracking and checking free
of charge.
